My System of Care empowers youth to co-design personalized healing journeys anchored in a vetted network of preferred community partners. We are not a licensed clinical provider, and this website is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

3. Who This Website Is For

This website is intended for adults, including clinicians, hospital partners, funders, caregivers, educators, and community organizations. It is not directed at children under 13.

Submitting a contact form does not constitute program enrollment. My System of Care Hub program participation is arranged through our partner hospitals and residential facilities, not through this website.
